Ms. Prindiville has over 25 years' experience in international development as a team leader, project manager and expert advisor. Her expertise is in social development, with emphasis on socio-cultural analysis; human resource and institutional development; social policy; community development; and gender equality. She is skilled in project design, management, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic planning. She has also designed and delivered numerous training sessions, and organized and facilitated workshops for government, NGOs and CBOs, donor staff and project personnel and academics. Each training session and workshop was customized to the relevant constituency. Ms. Prindiville has worked in Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Lao PDR and Thailand.
