Mark Baron, M.P.A., M.S., P.Eng. - President

Mr. Baron is a professional engineer and administrator with over forty years of experience in international development. In 1985, he was a founding Principal of Cowater International Inc. and assumed the position of President in 1998. He has extensive experience in planning, managing and evaluating development projects and programs. Prior to his work with Cowater, he spent twelve years as a manager with the Canadian International Development Agency, working in the Caribbean, and eight years working in developing countries, including Thailand, Kenya and Nigeria, as a Professor of Civil Engineering. Mr. Baron has extensive training and experience in engineering, management and public administration.
