Norman Looker, M.A.Sc., P.Eng. - Vice-President, Water, Sanitation & Environment Group

As Vice President of the Water, Sanitation and Environment Group, Mr. Looker is a civil engineer with over 25 years of professional experience, focused mainly on potable water supply and wastewater management. He has worked on projects in Bolivia, Peru, Mozambique and Tanzania, as well as several First Nation communities in Canada. He has led multidisciplinary teams on diverse projects including those dealing with ecotourism, institutional strengthening, industrial wastewater management and satellite remote sensing. His extensive project experience includes project design, project planning, application of results based management, costing  alternatives, evaluating treatment technologies, water supply system inspections, and project monitoring. He is fluent in Spanish as a result of living and working in Bolivia for four years.
